Kinectrics Complies with New Ontario Accessibility Standard

On January 1, 2012 the Accessibility Standard for Customer Service came into effect for all organizations (public, private and non-profit) that provide goods or services either directly to the public, or to other organizations in Ontario, and that have one or more employees in Ontario.

To ensure full compliance with the standard, Kinectrics has developed an Accessible Customer Service Plan. This Plan is intended to meet the requirements of Accessiility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 under the Accessibility for Ontarions with Disabilities Act, 2005 and applies to the provision of goods and services to the public or other third parties.
