Advanced features

The EDM uses an advanced wire-cut process. The required shape is computer-stored and passed as code to the machine, which cuts the shape independently. The EDM can produce complicated shapes requiring cuts, angles, conical designs or unusual surfaces.  A wire size down to 0.001” provides finer resolution of machined parts.
