
Glenn L. McCullough Jr.
TORONTO, Ontario, Canada, March 7, 2007 – David Harris, President and CEO of Kinectrics Inc. today announced that Glenn L. McCullough, Jr., former Chairman of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kinectrics Inc., a leading international supplier of advanced technologies and engineering services focused on the electric power sector. Kinectrics, headquartered in Toronto, is owned by Vision Capital of London, UK.
McCullough’s broad-based background in power generation is ideal to support Kinectrics in developing greater access to many growth markets. “I am excited by this opportunity to assume a key role with Kinectrics in bringing the company’s advanced capabilities and unique services to new areas, to help resolve the many complex challenges facing electric power utilities today,” said McCullough. “Kinectrics has demonstrated a long track record of technical excellence, and is well-positioned to continue building on that success.”
In a parallel appointment, McCullough will also now serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vision Capital’s U.S. based firm NuVision Engineering.
McCullough currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), and as Counsel on Energy to Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour. McCullough served as Mayor of the City of Tupelo, MS (1997-1999).
