We celebrated International Women's Day by hosting a virtual lunchtime panel session for all our sites and showcasing profiles of our employees reflecting on the meaning of IWD. International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. Bias, whether deliberate or unconscious, makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field. Together we can all #BreakTheBias.
