With participants across the company completing local and international rotations, our program supports your development to help you reach your career goals and give you a head start on future opportunities with us.

Disciplines in the program currently include all levels of Engineering, Science and Math Post-Secondary Programs.

The Graduate Trainee Program recruits annually, allowing applicants to receive offers before their graduation date. Applicants with under one year of full-time work experience are also welcome to apply for the program during the same recruitment period.

Opportunities will be posted directly on our job board in September through November annually, so please look to apply 6–12 months in advance of your graduation. We look forward to your application!

Student Program

Our Co-op, Professional Experience Year (PEY), and summer placement are the perfect opportunity for you to fast-track your knowledge, skills, and experience by alternating study and career-oriented work terms before you graduate.

Disciplines in the program currently include all levels of Engineering, Science, Math, Business and Technology Post-Secondary Programs.

- Obtain practical work experience to complement your classroom studies and see what it is really like to work in industry

- Build rapport and make vital connections with industry contacts through networking and mentorship during your work term

- Work with technical experts and world-class specialists to hone your technical skills and gain valuable industry experience

- Learn more about your career options by test-driving different areas, with the potential of receiving future employment after graduation

In Canada, we offer 4, 8, and 12-month co-op work terms all year-round, as well as 16-month Professional Experience Year (PEY) placements starting in May in select areas. Other countries may provide different opportunities and schedules.

Additional summer student opportunities are available from May to August. We look forward to seeing your application!

PEY students are employed for 16-month work terms. Their recruitment cycle starts 8 months in advance to provide ample time for security clearances to be processed.
