Our DEI Council

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council was formed to provide leadership to support our DEI-related initiatives.

Our aim is to nurture a work force that reflects the make-up of the communities in which we operate, and we will proactively work to achieve this mix. We wish to be recognized as a diverse and inclusive employer that is invested in achieving this goal.

We measure progress through tangible objectives, ensuring our workplaces reflect the communities we live in.

Focus Area Groups

Employee-led focus area groups help make our company an inclusive workplace for all people, particularly groups who have been historically underrepresented such as women; Indigenous peoples; people with disabilities; people from racialized groups; people of all faiths and creeds; and people with non-traditional gender identities.
