Electrical Rubber Glove Testing Services
Glove testing is the inspection and testing of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure that it meets or exceeds the safety standards set by the safety certification bodies. Regular glove testing is critical because it ensures that workers are protected when performing repairs and inspections on live electrocuted equipment, wires, and cables. The repeated use of equipment causes aging and damage that is not always visible, which poses safety risks to workers.
Kinectrics testing process covers all forms of examination. We place gloves in water with variable voltages to ensure we exceed the standard requirements for electrical safety. Afterwards, we inflate and visually inspect gloves, both regular and inside out, to ensure there is no damage to the surface. Once we are certain that tested gloves meet all regulatory requirements, we stamp them with a three-month certification that gives workers using the PPE reassured safety to conduct their work.
Why Our Electrical Rubber Glove Testing?
-
Fast Turnaround Times
With our in-house labs, we're able to quickly test and certify gloves, allowing you to continue working instead of waiting for safety equipment to be returned, preventing unnecessary investing in spare equipment while items are being tested.
-
Certified In-Lab Testing
Having decades of experience, you can be assured your rubber gloves are being examined and tested by qualified personnel. Our glove lab is certified to ISO 17025 standards, which only a handful of labs in the world meet these strict quality standards.
-
Large Stock of Inventory for Replacements
We offer a glove replacement program using our large inventory of glove models, leather protectors, and storage bags.
-
