The PAIR program, formerly called Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR), was launched in 2001 and is rooted in principles that contribute to cultural awareness, equitable employment practices, relationship-building and meaningful consultation.
I am incredibly proud of the efforts from all our employees to achieve this certification. This milestone demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining positive, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous communities. We remain focused on our approach of building meaningful jobs, removing barriers, and creating an inclusive, supportive environment for Indigenous people.
