Brandon Emrich is a Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Sales at Kinectrics that also supports international sales accounts. Over the past 19 years with Kinectrics, he has developed a strong understanding of the electricity and nuclear energy industry, successfully delivering projects within each stage of their lifecycle.
He is an entrepreneurial minded engineer with accomplished experience in sales & marketing, public relations, business & project management, nuclear operations and team leadership. He is well versed at identifying new opportunities for major growth and managing teams to successfully deliver projects safely, on-time, on-budget and in compliance with stringent nuclear standards.
Brandon also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University in the field of Materials Science and Engineering.
Dr. Tamer Sabrah is a Vice President of Design & Engineering Services at Kinectrics, with over 25 years of experience in the consulting and nuclear industry. He leads and oversees a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts delivering high-impact projects in nuclear life extension, nuclear new build, advanced nuclear technologies, SMRs, isotope production, and digital engineering transformation.
Tamer has a proven track record in executing large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs under rigorous regulatory oversight, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. Throughout his career, Tamer has contributed to major nuclear programs in Canada and internationally, partnering with utilities, governments, and technology developers. His work sits at the intersection of technical leadership and strategic execution - shaping licensing strategies, leading refurbishment engineering, and defining technology and owner’s requirements.
A licensed Professional and Consulting Engineer in Canada, Tamer holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and is widely published on topics including nuclear construction, structural analysis, waste management, and engineering digitization. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and advancing nuclear’s role in a sustainable energy future.
John Fisher is a Director of Projects at Kinectrics, with over 24 years of experience in engineering, project management, and leadership roles.
With a technical background in instrumentation and controls and extensive expertise in project and program management, John leads cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact results with consistency and reliability. He is skilled in organizational leadership, change management, project delivery, team development and is passionate about the long-term success of nuclear energy.
John focuses on building strong partnerships, advancing workforce capabilities, and driving execution that supports the industry's evolving needs.
Laura Valantikonyte is a Business Development Executive at Kinectrics, where she drives growth and identifies new opportunities across the nuclear and fusion sectors. She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management, graduating with First Class Honours from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
Over the past four years with Kinectrics, Laura has played a key role in aligning strategic business goals with innovative marketing and development initiatives. She combines analytical insight with creative problem-solving to help bring ideas to life and strengthen client partnerships.
Her involvement across supply chain management, contracting and cross-functional collaboration has given her a strong understanding of how projects succeed from start to finish.
