Abdy Khanpour is the VP of Marketing and Business Development at Kinectrics. He has over 44 years of experience encompassing leadership, responsibility, and accountability for engineering technical services, project management, marketing and business development.

He has expertise in all aspects of nuclear power plants including design, construction, operations, technical services, and marketing and business development. He has served on several US Nuclear Safety Review Board sub-committees at Callaway, Wolf Creek, NextEra Energy, and recently Constellation nuclear power plants.

Abdy has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Gaëtan Deshais is a business development leader with 14 years of international experience in nuclear and energy infrastructure, specializing in talent acquisition and strategic growth across highly regulated sectors.

With a strong foundation in engineering and operations, he has successfully led workforce solutions for major energy projects worldwide, including initiatives in hydrogen, carbon capture, and net-zero technologies.

Gaëtan holds a Master’s degree in Design and Marketing of Scientific Instrumentation, a BSc in Applied Physics, and an MBA, equipping him with a strong analytical, technical, and strategic mindset.

Brandon Emrich is the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Sales at Kinectrics and supports the international sales account. Over the past 18 years, he has developed a strong understanding of the energy and nuclear energy industry, successfully delivering projects within each stage of the energy lifecycle.

Mr. Emrich is an entrepreneurial minded engineer with accomplished experience in sales & marketing, business & project management, operations and team leadership. He is well versed at identifying new opportunities for major growth and managing teams to successfully deliver projects safely, on-time, on-budget and in compliance with stringent nuclear standards.

Brandon also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University in the field of Materials Science and Engineering.

Born and educated in France, Christophe Zaia is the SVP and lead for EKIUM on International Development. With 25 years of energy and nuclear experience, he promotes EKIUM’s energy and nuclear expertise, while highlighting the importance of quality, safety and security.

Christophe is committed to the development and advancement of low-carbon energy, and has been involved in ITER, research activities for CEA, the Upstream and Downstream cycle with ORANO (formerly AREVA), and FRAMATOME. He also contributes to LTO operating programs in nuclear countries and to the development of large-scale power plants or SMR programs.

Christophe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Marseille University.

Zoubir Sirajeddine has over 35 years of professional experience in the oil & gas (offshore & onshore) and chemical industries. This includes 16 years spent worldwide as part of multicultural teams as Project Manager, Engineering Manager & Business Development Manager.

He has project management experience from leading an engineering team during several projects liaising with EPC management. He gained commercial experience while managing commercial activities for the Saipem Engineering division in the MENA region. Zoubir has completed projects for Sofresid Engineering in Europe and Africa covering a variety of product lines: Upstream/ Mid-stream/ LNG, Offshore and Onshore, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer, Floaters and New Energies.

Zoubir is a Process Engineer from the National Superior Engineering School of Industrial Technologies.
